Terms of Service

By accessing or using VoxParrot AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs under it.

If you use Google sign-in, you are responsible for the Google account connected to the service.

You keep ownership of content you upload and the generated output you receive from the service, subject to any rights of third parties contained in your source materials.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, and store your content only as needed to operate and support the service.

We do not claim ownership of your uploads or generated output, and we do not use them to train our product or to showcase them publicly without your permission.

You are responsible for making sure your uploads, prompts, and uses of generated output comply with applicable law and do not infringe the rights of others.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the platform, other users, or third-party rights.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use case. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication, distribution, or commercial use.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for recurring fees until you cancel.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cycle.

If we offer a free trial or promotional access period, it may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the billing period already paid for.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates security risk, exposes us or others to liability, or is otherwise harmful to the service.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account and stored data by contacting support@voxparrot.com.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect security, or error-free output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxParrot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where VoxParrot operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
